Guidelines and Policies:

  • We do not offer phone support. Please use this form for assistance.

  • Missed sessions due to sickness with a medical note can be rescheduled up to 7 days from the original session date."

  • Clients are permitted to reschedule up to 2 sessions per month.

  • Rescheduled sessions can only be completed the following week.

  • Any sessions can be rescheduled for personal reasons up to 5 days prior to the session. Please contact us via email only.
