AMIGOS TUTORING POLICIES

No Refunds are allowed, ALL sales are Final

  • Any session can be rescheduled up to 5 days prior to the session through email at amigosTutoringFamilyFitness@gmail.com.

  • Each month, clients are permitted to reschedule up to two tutoring sessions.

  • Rescheduling of sessions can only be done for the following week.

  • The account can be frozen for up to 2 weeks at no charge, once every 3 months if for an emergency with supporting documentation.

  • Any missed sessions due to sickness, with a written medical note, can be made up 7 days from the desired session.

  • If a makeup session is not done at the desired time, the session is lost.

  • No member can arrive more than 15 minutes prior to or after their sessions.

  • We cannot guarantee gender or the same tutor for each session.

  • Must bring tablet/laptop/or materials or services will be cancelled.

  • No food or drinks during the session.

  • After 2 formal written behavioral issues, an act of termination will be issued.

  • This is a 3-month commitment minimum, contract auto-renews until canceled.

  • Cancellation is only made through email with signature 24 hours prior to the following billing date.

  • If cancellation is attempted prior to the 3-month commitment plan being completed a $200 fee will be implemented.

  • The frequency of sessions agreed upon during sign-up cannot be reduced until after the initial 3-month period.

  • The client is responsible for any outstanding balance.

  • Signature of contract confirms your approval to automatic payments.

  • Payments are automatic, failure to process payment we cannot service sessions.
